I have the severed head thing too. I thought it was just me, but apparently not. It's impossible for me to sit on a toilet without checking for that severed head. Also, I can't flush the toilet unless the door is partly open at least. The noise would cover the sound of their arrival and they would get me. I broke my finger when I tripped over my bell bottoms, running out of the bathroom.
