Also, if I need to use feminine hygiene products, I will wait til someone flushes the toilet or turns on the hand dryer before I unwrap them because I am paranoid of people hearing the crinkling of the wrapper. For obvious reasons, this was only done when no one else was in the restroom but one time a secret bathroom lurker was in a stall unbeknownst to us. They emerged as we were washing out hands. SO. I've had it since I can remember and how I managed to cope with it is by breathing deep and bending my knees (in a non-obvious way) while at the stall. The more focus you put on your lower abdomen and breath, the easier it is to get to that heavenly moment when you can pee in front of someone else!
