poop protocol
I cannot poop if my shirt is all the way on. I have to put one arm out of my sleeve, and put that side of my shirt on my shoulder. I also find it hard to poop with my shoes on, and will take them off if I’m at home. If I’m out and about I will suffer through the shoe thing, but not the shirt.

I’m so glad I’m not alone in this!! I have to take all my clothes off to do this (only at home tho) otherwise I just feel really uncomfortable and ‘wrong’… I wonder if its just a natural habit we have?

I can only poop between 4o’clock and 4:59pm. I hold it if I can’t get between that time.
Not always but sometimes i have to take my full shirt off and at the least have to have a bareback in order to poop
I always take my shoes off, so I can take one leg out of my trousers. Otherwise, I find they restrict how far apart I can have my legs. Less restriction means less wiping.

I find it very hard to poop with my pants around my ankles. This makes it almost impossible to poop in public, but usually I manage.

That’s funny. The farthest I get with my toilet neurosis is that I HAVE to lay down 2 toilet seat covers. One forward and one reverse, prairie dogging and all.
I actually can’t poop naked. I feel like I have to be fully clothed, aside from what’s pulled down, or I just can’t do it. I also can’t poop in public. If I hear anybody making noise, I can’t poop. At college orientation I had to poop in the Math building because I couldn’t poop in the dorm or I’d hear people.
I have to pull my shirt up in the front so that my stomach is bare.
Me too with the pants thing. Shoes off and 1 leg out of the pants. I never knew there were others out there.

my friend who is right behind me.. just told me that she also cannot take a shit wihout pulling her shirt halfway up and putting her ponytail on her left side “so that it doesnt fall in the toilet and get covered in shit.”
Lol that reminds me of a Seinfeld episode where George comes out of the bathroom buttoning his shirt. He does not like to feel “constricted.” Love that show
