teeth typing
When somebody is talking to me I type the words that they’re saying out by clicking my teeth. I click the left side for letters that you would type with your left hand, the right side for letters you would type with your right hand, and I close my teeth together in the middle for the space bar. I seem to do it more often if I feel nervous. I even type out my own thoughts when I’m trying really hard to put things into words…

i do the same thing but i count the number of letters in a word instead. i start on the right side and move to the left for the next letter.
i hate spelling words with an uneven amount of letters, so i usually find some way to spell it so it balances out, like including apostrophes.
I do this with my toes. It all started with a keyboarding class in 10th grade.
i find this one amazing
lol when im nervous or bored.. ill type out things with my fingers on the desk … that’s interesting though.. it’s kinda like.. typing out words on the desk.. evolving into using ur teeth lol.
When I first read that, it didn’t make a lot of sense, but I tried it and it completely makes sense. Now I’m afraid I’m going to start doing it.
I wonder what kind of IQ this person must have! I am pretty intelligent; my IQ is in the 98th percentile, BUT, I could not possibly do this teeth-typing thing and still understand a single thing a person was attempting to say to me! How fascinating.
I have done a similar thing for years – but I type words out with my feet, my toes as fingers would type out on the keyboard. It drives me nuts! I would realise about 15 minutes after I hear a word, that I am still typing it over and over again with my toes subconsciously.
I’m sure when we all read this we tried doing it. Well reading it was fine, but when I actually started ‘teeth typing”… I”ve never laughed so hard … Wow. Thanks for that post. G’head – type my comment with your teeth…
