running to be even
I run 10+ miles everyday. It only became this much because when i’m on the treadmill, i can’t stop until distance, calories burned and time are all very even numbers. And will not stop running until this happens. i.e. 10.5 mi, 1200 cal, 90 min.








10.5 is not an even number.
i feel you. I do the same thing though only at least ONE of those things needs to be even. It makes things feel more complete.
bob, not “even” as in even/odd…”even” as in a not 10.235… 10 1/2 is a solid number. dont even put more restrictions in my head dude.
maybe you are actually a compulsive exerciser and the seemingly meaningless OCD habit is just a content-less way of reinforcing your body issues
I do the same thing on my glider. I’ll set the timer but will keep going until all the numbers are rounded off. It’s a good excuse to go a little further.
