My boyfriend is terrified of veins. He wont let anyone touch his wrists and gets frightened if he ever accidently feels his pulse.

I’m the exact same way. I don’t like for people to touch the top of my feet, or the back of my knees, or where my elbows bend.
It makes me physically ill.
same with me its wierd my pulse, heartbeat, seeign my veins, other peoples veins, or if my circulation gets cut off or a part of my body falls alseep it freaks me out seems like it started happening after i was in the hospital last year
Ugh. me too! I get really squeamish and sometimes make myself feel physically faint. Same if I think about my heart…
Wrists make me feel so ill. I can’t even look at mine or anyone elses without going dizzy, and I have to sleep with them facing downwards under my pillow. Niiice
ahh its so good that other people feel like this. im terrified of veins, backs of knees, elbows, insides of feet, necks, pulses. infact i can find something gross with most body parts! but veins make me faint!!!!
i hate seeing the bones in people’s wrists, it makes me feel sick.
I am not so terrified of wrists as when somebody touches my wrist I can a very itchy feeling in them and feel like I need to keep hold of them. They’re only a couple of bones that can swing all about that need to hold up an entire busy hand and I feel as if anything presses on the ulna it may snap because it’s so delicate.

just reading that, or thinking about veins, i can just feel my wrists, and nothing else. it makes me feel like they are about to be cut off or something
I can’t stand seeing other people’s veins stick out of their skin. It just makes me feel like someone could saw then open or something. >>

I am exactly the same way. Thinking about veins makes me so ill and I end up feeling really dizzy. Same if someone touches any of my veiny parts…like my inner elbow or the tops of my hands or feet, back of my knees, etc. Gross!
