I thought I was alone. All my friends stare at me when I hide under the desks at school when they turn the fans on at school. Seriously, they have fans that hang a metre down from the roof and when I went to primary school the fans there were hanging by the cords. But it's not irrational to think their going to fall out of the roof and cut you up, i think. OMG! I thought I was alone. Luckily I turned it of in time ... it turns out the wiring alone can support the weight of the fan at least for a while.
