stool assessment
Every time I poop I have to take a minute to look at it before flushing. It’s kinda gross, but I’m terrified that I’ll poop blood or something and not know that I did and die because I missed the symptom.

I also do the examination, but for a different purpose. I’m trying to figure out how much weight I lost. I’m not even that interested in my actual weight or anything (I assume it’s pretty healthy, despite my weak little arms), but I want to know how much stuff that (as far as physics and mass and stuff) was me is now concentrated and disposed muck.
I’m sorry, but I think it’s more neurotic NOT to check your poops before you flush. Medically, noticing sudden changes in your stool can save your life — and someone actually being scared to look at their own dooders is just plain strange.
I’ve been doing this ever since I turned 13, you can never be too sure about your body’s health!
I do the same thing, but I also do it when I clean myself after I pee. I have to check the toilet paper. Just incase…
