neuroses are worth the f

I am failing my online American Government class because if I cannot get my journal done and turned in 30 minutes early I can’t make myself turn it in last minute.

I think what they meant is that they always want to turn their things in early. If they don’t turn it in early, then they don’t turn it in at all. It took me a couple times reading it too.
