ugh that wet feeling
If it starts raining outside, no matter how cold it is I have to roll my pants legs up — or walk around in shoes for several hours upon making it indoors. I can’t stand the feeling of wet fabric on the backs of my legs and ankles.

If I’m in my home, I take of my pants as soon as I get inside to avoid that feeling. I wear jeans more than once without washing, but if they get wet like this, they go straight to the laundry.
omg this is the worst feeling in the world! i always roll my pants! im so glad someone posted this! you are certainly not alone!
i hate how the rain “wicks” up the back of your pant legs too. and it never dries out!
Pretty sure everyone hates that feeling. It’s just uncomfortable. Not much of a neurosis.

me too – and i will do epic things to keep from feeling that feeling. i only wear boots when it’s raining, so my legs are protected while i am still wearing shoes. then, when i get home, i stand on my welcome mat, roll up my pants, take off the shoes (leaving the socks on), take off the pants and only take off the socks when i’ve moved to a different vicinity in the house.
nothing is worse than avoiding the wetness successfully, only to step barefoot into a small puddle that you didn’t realize was there. this is especially bad now that i’ve moved from florida to new england, where snow slush flings itself across everything.
blugh that feeling. one of the main reason i stopped wearing jeans
