Whenever I make a comment on this website or one like it (like FML) I have to keep the browser open and compulsively refresh it for a few hours to see if anyone has responded to my post…do people think i am witty? mean? do they agree with me?

i know how you feel. i hate when i check back and see that some ass-hat said something rude in response to my post just to be mean.
How do you mean “whenever”? Are you some sort of statistical anomaly that has had multiple life-”f***”ing events in your life? If you can’t look back at each incident and agree that your life is “f***”ed because of it, you’re part of the problem.

I think that often, people make comments and then when you comment back, they never even see the excellent point that you just made.

I do the same. I often spend HOURS just commenting on stuff and refreshing the page numerous times to check if anyone commented back or even just noticed what I posted.
