When I read books and I read a line where a character makes a facial expression, I always have to make the facial expression myself, to see what it feels like- I usually do it without even realising.

I do this, but only with Enid Blyton books and the expressions ‘scowling’ and ‘smirking’. Otherwise I forget what they are.
I do the same thing. I do it even more when I am watching TV. I copy every person’s facial expression unknowingly. My brother used to say it was more fun to watch me than the actual show.
i do that too!!
I do this!! then I’m scared that someone will come into the room and see me making bizarre faces. “Scowling” is a good one, because I don’t think I’ve actually seen someone do this.
I thought I was the only one looking like a fool making faces while reading. My favorite is raising my eyebrows and looking surprised or scared.
I do that too! I also read out what their saying in the way it was described to be said… Like if someone says something angrily, I do too!
If the book is written with an accent (for example, “The Quiet Man” is written with an Irish accentand “How Green Was My Valley” is written in a Welsh accent) I have to read it to myself – not out loud – in the accent. It takes me way too long to read some things because I have to read all the conversations this way.
