poisoned food
When I am eating, I will avoid leaving my plate if I can. This means no getting up to go to the kitchen, bathroom, etc. I am paranoid that if I leave the room, something will land in my food and I won’t realize it.

OH my god! i do the same thing! except my fear is usually more of someone messing with my food. but when im alone, i go through that same thought process
