the yolk and whites are meant to be together
I can only eat eggs which yolks and egg whites are mixed up; scramble eggs, omelette, or finely chopped boiled egg.

i became a vegetarian at the age of 5 after seeing baby chicks hatching on a tv show. first it was no eggs, then no mama chicken and so on. fortunately my parents didn’t flip out. i started eating eggs again in high school but can NOT eat them when the yolk and white are visibly separated, like fried. i can cook them perfectly for the husband but will never be able to eat them.
I always throw up when I’m trying to eat egg which yolk and white are visibly separated. I don’t know why
you already know why…because you are thinking about what an egg really is. despite going back to eating them, i still have times when i just can’t. no throwing up, however. just can’t eat ‘em.
Nothing beats a nice “sunny side up” egg, the warm yoke oozing onto your plane, sopping it up with buttered toast! I guess it’s an acquired tast!
i think so, milan. that’s why there are so many variations on cooking eggs…hard-boiled, soft-boiled, poached, over easy, over hard, sunny side up, scrambled, shirred omelets!!! very versatile food, even though i can’t eat ‘em your way.
