		<description>Whoever told you that is mistaken. Stage 4 sleep (also known as delta wave sleep or &quot;deep sleep&quot;) is the most restful sleep. If you think about it, REM sleep couldn&#039;t be the most restful sleep anyway because that is the stage in which dreams normally occur. And anyone who has suffered from certain types of insomnia or from depression and dreamt a lot during the night can tell you that that type of sleep is not really restful at all.</description>
