at least i won’t starve

I am so neurotic I just bought one of the nonperishable food supplies that lasts for 6 months that Costco sells online just in case I am ever trapped or the apocalypse ensues.

That stuff is a great ripoff… yeah, maybe if it lasted 5 years or something – but only 6 months? (Or the ones I saw were for 1 year…) Not long enough!

…and I’m an idiot – I think. You meant feeds you for 6 months, right? I thought you meant expiration… the expiration dates on those are too soon to be worthwhile, unless North Korea does bomb us!
