i am afraid that the mirrors in dressing rooms are two way, so i hate getting changed in them for fear of being watched. however, i am afraid to cover it because i don’t want them to think that i’m doing so to steal something without their knowledge. i therefore always keep my undershirt on and change with my back to the mirror.

You can check. If you put your fingernail on it and the reflection of your fingernail and your actual fingernail touch, it’s two way. If there’s a gap between the reflection and your fingernail, it’s fine.
a lot of stories recommend that you keep your underwear on to try on clothes (even swimsuits)

One way to tell would be to check if the mirror is hanging /on/ the wall or if it’s built /into/ the wall. If the mirror is set into the wall, it’s likely a two-way mirror, but if it’s hanging on the wall, it’s genuine.
You should totally embrace this and put on a show!! Do a little dance for them! Bahaha I can’t wait to go clothes shopping now, and I’m a hef!!
i always think the cameras in department stores can see into the dressing rooms when they have no ceiling. so i look around for them, and just in case they’re there and i missed them i flip the ceiling off to make sure they stop watching.. haha. i feel like such an idiot. same with showering at other people’s houses.
