drinking the toilet water
I get disgusted when I’m filling up my water bottle at the fountain and the water pressure drops when someone flushes a toilet in the nearby bathroom. I don’t like being reminded that the water used to flush toilets and the water I’m drinking come from the same source, even though I know it’s clean and perfectly safe to drink.

i have to say, i truly don’t understand this at all. i keep reading it and wondering how someone would ever make such a connection. guess that’s what makes the world go ’round!
I totally agree; sometimes I can’t drink the water after that happens.
I can’t drink water that comes from a sink in the bathroom. I know it’s the water that comes from the kitchen, but I associate the bathroom sink water with the toilet water, and can’t do it.
I can’t drink water from the bathroom either and I also can’t flush the toilet before I get in the shower, if I have used the toilet I have to flush it and then wait 5 mins before I get in the shower or, shower, then flush, then wash my hands, I think I get creeped out that maybe there’s some fault in the plumbing and that the toilet water will get mixed up with the shower water or something…
Great, this is one of those things I have never thought about before, and now I will never stop thinking about it.
