on the fly
I am constantly checking the zipper to my jeans; after using the bathroom, after walking out from any bathroom, or before walking into a building or public place. I’m terrified of being caught with my fly open. I’ve gotten very good at discreetly checking the zipper with my thumb to see that it’s up where it should be.

me too. *sigh* i’m not sure why…i don’t think i’ve ever been caught with my zipper down.
I always feel particularly silly when I’m wearing button-fly jeans and I check compulsively anyway. :/
I use my pinki and swiftly look like I’m fixing my shirt but actually I’m just making sure the pants hem covers all of the zipper.
