toaster ovens are less scary

I always have to leave the room, and plug my ears after I’ve put somthing in the toaster. When I think it might be done I carefully peek back in the room. If it hasn’t popped yet I run as fast as I can out of the room to make sure it doesn’t pop when I’m there. It just scares me too much.

I will only eat folded chips. If the chip is not folded, I will not eat it. When the folded chips are gone, I throw them away.

I have to eat a french fry with every bite of my burger simultaneously. When I run out of fries I can’t eat anymore.

crumb lips

I always lick my lips and around when I’m eating as I’m scared I will walk around with crumbs of that food on my face.

I only eat eggs that are made sunny side up. And I don’t eat the white part of the egg. To me, its just there for decoration. So when I eat the egg, I cut around the yolk, put a bunch of salt, and put it straight into my mouth; I’m afraid that if I go slow, the yolk will have more of a chance to break. If I go to a restaurant, I get really irritated when the cook breaks the yolk of the eggs. If it gets to the table broken, I switch unbroken egg yolks with my boyfriend.

I absolutely cannot eat cereal with a dessert spoon, like normal people. I have to eat it with a teaspoon. If I don’t, I’m convinced that all the milk will dribble down my chin and I’ll look like one of those really uncoordinated people who can’t eat properly!

When I am at school during the year, I have to start my Saturdays and Sundays with an omelet and one or two fried egg(s). If I don’t, my weekend just doesn’t feel right.

I can only bite a Triscuit if my teeth are aligned with the direction of the grains on the cracker.

vomit sauce

I cannot bring myself to eat anything that has a sauce on it. (Marinara especially). Whenever I go to an italian restaurant I have to specify not to have sauce on the food I’m getting. I always get weird looks from the waiters, but the sight of it on my food make me want to vomit.
